1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Startup Solutions, LLC (“Startup Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the software applications, websites, and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and have intentionally designed our Services to collect as little information as possible.

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our applications do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to us or to third parties. Specifically, we do not collect:

Where an application processes data to perform its function (for example, content you create within the app), that data remains on your device or in a location you control, such as your own iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

3. Information You Provide Directly

If you choose to contact us, for example by submitting our online contact form, we will receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your correspondence. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.

4. How We Use Information

Because our applications do not collect personal data, we do not use it for any purpose. Information you voluntarily send to us (such as a message sent through our contact form) is used only to:

5. Third-Party Services

Our applications do not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software development kits (SDKs) that collect your personal data. Our website's contact form is processed by a third-party form-delivery service for the sole purpose of transmitting your message to us; it is not used for advertising or tracking. If an application distributed through the Apple App Store relies on Apple-provided services (such as iCloud or in-app purchases), your use of those features is also governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal data from these services.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data collected through our applications, because none is collected. Correspondence you send to us (such as messages sent through our contact form) is retained only for as long as necessary to address your request and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information we do receive against loss, theft, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, if you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not collect or store personal data through our applications, we generally do not hold information about you to act upon. For any information you have sent us directly, you may contact us to exercise these rights, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information.

Our Services may be accessed from around the world. Any information you send to us (such as a message sent through our contact form) may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By contacting us, you consent to the transfer of that information to those countries.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our Services may contain links to websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
